As part of our TFM delivery, the MKF team support Diageo deliver broader building fitouts/plant refurbishments through our project management and commissioning/handover of these projects. For example, MKF acted as FM Project Interface during the delivery of the €30M+ Gravity expansion & Ingredient Floor upgrade, while the Business remained fully operational throughout construction, with zero Business Impact or unscheduled downtime.
