MKF have provided a comprehensive Technical Maintenance and Critical Operations service to Hertz Europe Service Centre across our FM Service Delivery Contract for the past 15 years. Hertz Europe Service Centre is the central European Hub for all Hertz Reservations, IT and Finance Operations.

MKF provide a dedicated FM technical team reporting to the Hertz FM & Construction Director, with MKF 24/7 emergency support to this Critical Business Location.

As part of our broader service delivery to HSC, MKF+ (our technical advisory division) were engaged by Hertz to lead stakeholders through the development and delivery of their new CAT-B floor fit-out. Our role encompassed coordinating stakeholder requirements, assembling and managing the design team.

MKF+ subsequently led an open-market competitive tender process, managing contractor engagement, tender evaluation and commercial assessment before supporting Hertz in the appointment of the successful contractors.

This end-to-end approach provided Hertz with a coordinated, transparent and commercially robust route from initial stakeholder requirements through to operational handover of their new space.
