MKF+ was appointed by SELLAR’s international development team to provide dedicated on-site Technical Advisory, Operational and FM support throughout the construction and mobilisation of this flagship development, that was one of London’s most technically challenging High-Risk Buildings. Working as an integrated extension of SELLAR’s team, MKF+ provided specialist technical oversight, operational readiness and FM expertise, helping to drive the project through its complex final stages and into successful occupation.

Designed by the world-renowned Renzo Piano Building Workshop, Shard Place provides luxury living via 176 premium apartments in Londonbridge across 27 floors.

MKF+ also provided an experienced pre-mobilisation team to deliver independent Client support across the witnessing, commissioning and integrated systems testing / building control officer liaison across;

MKF+ coordinated the investigations, prioritisation and led the resolution of these issues with the design consultants, specialist subcontractors and FM team, ensuring that each corrective action was technically compliant and operationally maintainable.
