Across a number of sites within our portfolio, MKF provide a FM Solution to Multi-Tenant Buildings, where there would typically be a different corporate on each floor / building block.
No 2 Northwood Avenue & North Anne Street are two such locations, where MKF provide FM Solution to the building on behalf of the Landlord / Property Management.
Buildings compromise of Grade A office space in each building, with a net internal floor area of approximately 70,000 & 80,000 sq ft respectively.
